The Pemba Community Empowerment Organization (PECEO) is a non-governmental organization committed to fostering sustainable development and environmental conservation in Pemba Island, Zanzibar. Our mission is to empower local communities to become stewards of their natural resources, promoting a thriving blue economy that benefits both people and the planet.
